This piece is based on a photo of a trash bin I took while in Glasgow.
The process began with a simple block-in to establish its structure and basic value.
Next, I created the logo and applied it with the correct perspective. I used various texture brushes to refine the finer details.
The graffiti layer was the final step. It wasn’t present in the original reference, but it reflects a common cultural practice in Glasgow, which I really like.
Adding it brings a sense of creativity, energy, and fun to the piece.

The commission aimed to create a series of illustrations to serve as the organization’s mascot.
Based on the client’s requirements, the illustrations needed to capture the essence of energetic and cheerful children.
Their uniforms were designed based on a photo provided by the client.
Additionally, as the organization is international, I incorporated a variety of hair colors and skin tones to reflect its commitment to inclusivity.
